Therefore, our digital marketing department cannot do without reinforcement. We are currently looking for a proactive Junior User Acquisition Manager! What tasks are waiting for you: ccreating, managing and optimizing campaigns (Meta Ads) monitoring the quality (CA/non-CA) and cost of the lead - keeping it within KPI regularly communicating with the production and creative teams generating ideas for improvement of advertising materials We will feel the connection if you: have experience of launching conversion campaigns have experience of working with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics know how to define and segment CA, optimize and scale RK work on the result and analyze it offer non-standard ideas, find solutions and bear responsibility for them understand marketing metrics (such as CPM, CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, etc.) In addition to grandiose ambitions and a cosmic goal, you will find/receive: work in a format convenient for you: onsite in the office in Podil, remote or hybridFull-time work format, freedom of creativity.
