AboutMusesAcademy:< /span>

The product works in the microlearning format and provides users with hundreds of units of useful content — from practical lessons on various topics, self-development books and audio materials with extra information to chats with lifestyle coaches who can advise on various life issues in real time.

The project is growing thanks to performance marketing and has a subscription monetization model. A few months after launching in 2023, we found positive unit economy and conducted a number of successful product tests. MusesAcademy is currently growing rapidly and shows high potential for scaling. We are working on product quality, looking for new approaches to testing, and have set an ambitious goal to grow x3 by the end of the year and perform well in Q5.< /span>

What awaits you as a User Acquisition Manager:

• Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns on the Meta platform;
• Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;< /span>
• Interaction with the creative team;
• Finding growth points for efficient scaling.< /span>

What you need to join us:< /span>

• Strong analytical skills: experience with data, numbers, metrics, data-driven approach;
• Systematic and structured;
• Initiative, desire to build and drive processes, ability to clearly express, argue and defend one's opinion;
• English proficiency level Intermediate+.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in marketing or analytics;< /span>
• Understanding the basics and metrics of digital marketing;< /span>
• Skills for working with AI tools.< /span>
