Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). We believe that it is you who will help us attract new customers and increase sales.
We will definitely have a match if you have:
• Experience in lead generation on the Upwork platform;
• English level from Intermediate (B1);
• Work experience with tools for automating lead generation;
• Ability towrite structured, customized letters;
• Understanding the basic principles of IT sales and the specifics of the market;
• Time management skills.
Various tasks await you, in particular:
- Finding potential clients on Upwork
- Primary communication with MQL and SQL, collecting the necessary information about the needs and wishes of potential customers
- Ensuring proper coordination of all meetings, including agreeing dates, times and locations
- Capturing important information received from the client for future reference< /p>
- Filling the CRM system with all the necessary information about the client and details of negotiations
- Provision of timely reporting on work results.
