Junior UI/UX Designer in Mate academy

We are Mate academy — an EdTech startup with a technological, gamified, AI-friendly LMS platform where people learn IT specialties.Our mission is to help 1 million people worldwide build their careers in IT.Already 4000+ graduates have landed their first IT jobs after just 4 months of training.Successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and have plans to expand to other countries.We are looking for a reliable and proactive Junior UI/UX Designer who is ready to join us for a full-time position and would strengthen our platform team which creates LMS (Learning Management System) to ensure the best learning experience for students.What you need to succeed in this role: Commercial experience as UI/UX Designer - 0,6+ years;Experience working with Figma;Updated portfolio with your latest cases;English- Intermediate or higher. Visual Design: Understanding typography, color theory, layout, and composition; UI/UX Principles: Basics of user interface; User Research: Conducting basic user research; Competitive Analysis: Analyzing competitor products to understand industry standards.
