Junior UI/UX designer (learning) in Sensewave Media

We are a Ukrainian design studio that does brand design, UI/UX and web for clients from the USA and the EU. We are looking for a full-time UI/UX Designer to help us regularly produce eye-catching Dribbble shots and marketing visuals for case studies and social media.

This is a full-time job with marketing assets. The main focus is shots on Dribbble. Sometimes there will be tasks for social networks. If there is a desire, over time we will connect to commercial projects and "pump" in the web direction.

If you know how to do this, we are definitely a "match":

• No experience required
• Eagerness to develop in lessons in composition, typography, working with color.
• Tools: Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Understanding web grids, adaptive, pixel-perfect principle.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding the marketing message: how to show "value" in the visual.

What to do:

• Create Dribbble-shots: covers, previews, before/after, light micro-interactions (if needed).
• Pack visuals for cases and landing pages.
• Select references, make quick moodboards, keep a single account style.
• Prepare simple promotional creatives for social networks.

What we will pay for:

• Notable Dribbble shots and promo visuals that bring traffic and leads.
• Packaging cases for publications and studio portfolios.
• Collaboration with marketing and design teams: fast iterations, bringing to publications.
• Adherence to deadlines and quality (guidelines, retouching, exports, adaptives).
