Who are we inviting?

Students and university graduates without experience or with little work experience, with knowledge of English - not lower than Intermediate.

What is important to us?

Technical knowledge:

Understanding the basics of software testing (manual testing)

Knowledge of basic testing concepts:

Types of testing (functional, non-functional, regression, usability, etc.)

Basic knowledge of defect management systems (eg Jira,)

Ability to work with authoring tools test cases and test planning (e.g. TestRail)

Basic SQL skills to validate data in databases

Understanding API fundamentals and skills in using API testing tools (e.g. Postman)

 Analysis and attention to detail: 

Ability to analyze product requirements and specifications. Attention to detail in testing and writing bug reports. Ability to identify and document bugs clearly and concisely

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with other team members, developers, analysts and managers. The ability to clearly express your thoughts in writing, especially when describing bugs

Aspiration for development:

Desire to learn and improve..Interest in new technologies and tools , related to testing

Basic knowledge of development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the role of testing in this process

Ability to work in a team, understanding the importance of working together to achieve common goals. Willingness to participate in team discussions and brainstorming
