The reason for the open vacancy is that we are growing very actively and do not want to stop, therefore, due to the increase in the number of clients, we are expanding our IT department.

What to do:
Customer support: onboarding the client into the system together with a business engineer (responsible for the IT part of the onboarding), help with the integration of the client's system and the Wapi system. Support of clients in the process of onboarding and further work in the event of errors. Reception from the client and analysis together with the team of requests for improvement.
Analysis and improvement of current business processes together with the team;
Interaction with partners (warehouses/courier services/marketplaces) in the process of operational activity;
Documenting the work of the system – creating and filling the knowledge base, creating training materials, keeping the knowledge base up-to-date.
Who we see in this position:
Work experience in IT (technical customer support, project, analyst) from 6 months. You know, such basic things as API and JSON;
Fluency in English at the B1 level and above (most often written, but sometimes you need to communicate with partners or clients on calls);
Responsibility and ability to bring the task to completion;
High communicative ability , ability to work in a team;
Persistence, analytical abilities, ability to systematize knowledge ;
Willingness to learn and develop new functionality;
Having your own computer or laptop with a good internet connection;
Remote work experience;
Desirable work experience in 1C.
