What needs to be done?
- Provide technical and informational support to company employees.
- Process requests through ServiceDesk (Ivanti).
- Administer MS Azure, MS Office, MS Exchange, Intune, AD services.
- Interact with suppliers for the purpose of purchasing or maintaining office equipment and software.
- Set up and ensure uninterrupted and high-quality operation of the office IT infrastructure.
- Conduct inventory of equipment and software, manage document flow based on its results.
What do we expect?
- 1+ years of experience as a technical support engineer.
- Higher/incomplete higher technical education (3rd year and above).
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) at Intermediate+ level
- Windows 10 support skills and understanding of macOS, AD/AzureAD, Office365, Exchange Online.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair PC/laptop hardware components.< /li>
- Skills for working with network equipment.
- Skills for supporting devices Android/iOS.
- Developed communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while multitasking.
