The finance team is looking for a sourcer!
Today we are actively growing and we are looking for a Talent Sourcer to strengthen our team.
In this position, you will be engaged in the search for both technical and non-technical specialists. This is a great opportunity to start your career, with the prospect of further development and coverage of recruiter or HR positions.
What we expect from you:
- basic knowledge of IT recruiting and hiring of employees (recruiting or sourcing experience will be a plus);
- analytical abilities and desire to work not only with people, but also with numbers;
- English proficiency from Intermediate+; < li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit">have a desire to learn new things;
- be proactive and adaptive.< /li>
Main duties:
- regular communication with HR managers and hiring managers: identification of hiring needs, regular meetings, organization of interviews;
- creating pools of relevant candidates, tracking candidates in ATS (Breezy);
- maintaining communication with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process;
- assistance in the organization and direct participation in interviews of hiring managers, collection of recommendationsendations, preparation of the offer.
