We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to join our fully remote, international team.
This is not an entry-level role
We're looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of recruiting and is ready to grow into a strong Talent Acquisition professional .
You should be comfortable with sourcing, screening and outreach and motivated to go beyond standard profiles, finding strong, unique digital talent , not just “available” candidates.
What You'll Do
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Hiring Managers, you'll play a key role in scaling our global hiring efforts.
Own Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
Proactively source high-quality digital professionals across multiple regions using LinkedIn and niche platforms.
Apply an investigative mindset to sourcing — digging deeper, mapping talent markets and identifying non-obvious candidates.
Build, test and optimize outreach campaigns , constantly improving response and conversion rates.
Manage and continuously develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Screening, Coordination & Candidate Experience
Conduct high-quality resume reviews and initial interviews , assessing both role fit and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and schedule complex international interview processes across multiple time zones.
Act as a brand ambassador for GreenTomatoMedia, ensuring candidates experience clear communication, transparency and professionalism at every stage.
Process, Data & Continuous Improvement
Maintain and optimize our BambooHR ATS, keeping data clean, structured and visible.
Document and improve sourcing, screening and coordination best practices.
Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health.
Who You Are
You are proactive, curious, and driven by results. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, remote environment and take ownership of your work. You want to grow fast , learn from experienced teammates, and continuously sharpen your recruiting skills.
Must-Have
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or a similar role.
Strong experience with sourcing and outreach , especially for digital or tech-related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders.
Comfortable working with recruitment tools and ATS systems (experience with BambooHR is a plus).
Interest in digital professions (media, tech, marketing, product, AI-related roles).
Based in Europe or West Asia for optimal time zone overlap.
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting across multiple regions and markets .
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing strategies .
Experience working in a remote-first or international company .
A strong learning mindset and desire to grow into a high-impact Talent Acquisition professional .
