Responsibilities:

  • Administration, selection and installation of office and network equipment, including network laying, configuring routers, printers and other equipment.
  • Diagnostics of the performance of services and devices: printers, access points, SIP telephony, work PCs of employees.
  • Work with AD, GPO, Terminal Service, DNS, DHCP, Ubiquiti.
  • Administration of servers managed by Windows Server, Microsoft Azure.
  • Staff technical support and assistance in solving problems with computers and software and more.
  • Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the existing IT infrastructure.
  • Remote installation and troubleshooting of software on users' PCs.
  • Provision and management of user access rights to IT services.
  • Analysis, support and development of the local network, ensuring its security.
  • Video surveillance system maintenance (installation and configuration).
  • Software installation, configuration and updating.
  • Administration of backup systems.
  • Performing various IT tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the IT field as a system administrator or user support engineer of 2 years or more.
  • Understanding skills about designing and building local area computer networks, assembling and configuring PCs and knowledge of PC hardware and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, network services (SIP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, POP3, SMTP and others).
  • Basic knowledge of RedHat/Debian Linux OS.
  • Basic network technologies, WAN, LAN, OSI model.
  • Confident knowledge and practical experience of working with the Windows operating system.
  • Experience installing and working with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022.
  • Azure AD administration.
  • FileServer administration.
  • Work with user accounts and computers in the catalog serviceogi Active Directory.
  • Skill and experience in managing and administering databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Knowledge of IT security.
  • Knowledge of the English language (the technical language of the IT field at a level no lower than Pre-Intermediate).
  • Ability to work with a technical task and focus on the final goal.
  • The ability to communicate and express one's thoughts in a structured manner.
