Junior System Administrator in TechMagic

We are looking for a system administrator with involvement in the material support processes of the company, who will be able to effectively support the company's vital activities and quickly respond to technical requests. This is a full-time position in Lviv. Your duties will be to provide technical support for the company's employees; reinstalling operating systems on employees' laptops ( We work with Windows and Mac OS); Troubleshooting hardware and software parts of laptops, MacBooks and the network; Setting up printers for users, installing standard software; Preparing workplaces and issuing equipment to new employees, sending equipment; Updating equipment and software of existing employees; Help with material provision and support of office life; Organization and support of events, equipment for video and audio recording; Purchase of equipment, interaction with suppliers and service centers Our requirements: Technical skills in working with a PC: Ability to reinstall the operating system and solve simple technical tasks (set up the projector , software, sound, etc.); Experience in diagnosing, identifying, and repairing laptop and Macbook failures (software and hardware); Possessing general concepts about the structure of local area network infrastructure, basic network topologies, and working mechanisms of the global Internet network; Willingness to multitask and the ability to make quick decisions; Communicability and a high level of self-organization; Knowledge of the English language is not lower than A2. It will be a plus: Experience working with Mac OS and Linux Experience working with network equipment: configuration, upgrade/update of security, understanding the principles of DNS, DHCP servers.
