Junior System Administrator in VCHASNO GROUP

 Main tasks.

Your role will combine technical support of users and work with equipment:

• Preparation of workplaces (Onboarding): Installation and configuration operating systems (macOS, Windows, Ubuntu) and necessary software for new employees.
• Technical support (Helpdesk): Consulting users, processing troubleshooting requests (problems with access, printers, Wi-Fi, office software).
• Access management: Creating, editing and blocking accounts (e-mail, corporate messengers, internal systems).
• Technical maintenance:
• Diagnostics of laptop and PC malfunctions.
• Major repair (replacement of SSD, RAM, matrices, batteries, dust cleaning).
• Interaction with service centers for complex repairs.
• Inventory: Keeping records of issuing and returning equipment.

?? Required skills

• Knowledge of the OS: Confident administration of macOS, Windows 11, Linux (Ubuntu) at the level of an advanced user or administrator (ability to install the system "from scratch", configure drivers, work with the terminal).
• Hardware: Understanding PC architecture. The ability to carefully disassemble a laptop, replace thermal paste or components.
• Networks: Basic understanding of the principles of network operation (what is IP, DNS, DHCP, the ability to crimp a patch cord).

Soft skills:

• Ability to explain technical things in simple terms language.
• Willingness to help people and patience.
• Attention to details.

Will be a plus

• Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite) or Entra ID .
• Understandingworking principles of MDM systems (Manage Engine, Jamf, Intune).
• Skills of writing simple scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for routine automation.
• English language level: Pre-Intermediate (for reading technical documentation).
