Functionalresponsibilities:

• preparation for issuing, setting up and servicing computer and office equipment;

• installation and application software settings;

• diagnosis and detection of software and hardware problems in the operation of computer and office equipment, replacement of components;

• maintenance of peripheral equipment (network printers, MFPs and others);

• installation and configuration of operating systems:Windows, Linux, MacOS.

Requirements:

• understanding of the principles of operation of PC software and hardware (upgrading, replacing components, installing and configuring drivers);

• knowledge and experience of working with the lost provision of antivirus protection, firewalls;

• knowledge and understanding of the principles of operation of local networks, setting up the connection to local networks of computer and office equipment;

• ability to work and deal with technical and operational documentation;

• high level of responsibility and attention to detail;

• ability to find a solution to a problem independently.
