Basic requirements:

• higher professional education (we consider students)
• technical English, at the level of understanding TK
• knowledge of Windows operating systems at the expert level
< li>system administrator-level understanding of the TCP\IP stack
• communicability and experience in technical support for users both local and remote work, branch users.
• Reticence, the ability to clearly explain "why so ” and why it is not possible to do so, it is necessary to have a category “B” driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring reliable and trouble-free operation of the company's computer equipment (office, warehouses, branches)
• administering server equipment, organizing preventive work
• ensuring operational efficiency and security of the company's network
• providing data backup (as well as data recovery if necessary)
• organizing the repair of the company's computer equipment
• activities administration (activity planning, drawing up reports on the work performed)
• configuration of Panasonic automatic telephone exchange (PBX), user telephone network
• work with video surveillance systems Dahua, Hikvision
• design, laying and installation of a structured cable system
• maintenance of technical documentation, corporate WiKi
• technical support locally and remotely via TeamViewer, Anydesk
