Junior System Administrator in Partnerway

We are seeking a highly organized person to join our company as a System Administrator.

• Office format of work for talents from Kyiv

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field will be a plus
• Excellent understanding of computer hardware
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products
• Experience with IT ticketing tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with G Suite
• Service desk (GLPI) experience

Responsibilities:

• First-line support for IT-related issues and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources.
• Ensure all IT systems comply with security policies.
• Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
• Create documentation and guides for employees.
