Junior Support QA Engineer (L2) in Ajax Systems

R&D is responsible for device development at Ajax, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation and QA.

p>This is an opportunity to be part of a team working to integrate streaming video into the Ajax ecosystem. You will work with mobile applications that interact with both the backend and physical devices. This vacancy assumes that you are able to investigate complex issues.

What are the tasks:

• Processing incoming requests from partners, customers ( through the L1 Support Team) and the company's technical team; 
• Processing of emerging incidents, their analysis, prioritization, status tracking, timely escalation;
• Analysis of the root causes of identified errors, providing information for understanding and eliminating problems;
• Creating knowledge bases on typical solutions for the most common problems and maintaining the relevance of documentation;
• Cooperation with team members to achieve the best results (developers, BA, QA others teams);
• Deep understanding of our products.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

• Ability to find an approach to people;
• Critical thinking;
• Knowledge of testing theory;
• Experience with databases;
• li>Experience in support (L1/L2) from 1 year;
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux OS;
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Dashboards, Reports);
• Ability to plan your time, determine priorities and rank tasks in order of importance.

It is great if you have:

• Experience work with projects built on microservices architecture;
• Technical education;
• Understanding the basics of API operation, data transfer formats (JSON, XML), knowledge of the HTTP protocol;
• Experience with video testing;
• Command line experience;
• Kibana or Grafana (log analysis).
