Responsibilities:
- Providing priority support to customers requiring technical Voicespin product assistance via WhatsApp, email or chat (very rarely phone calls);
- Performing remote diagnosis of problems using diagnostic methods and clarifying questions to the client;
< li style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Redirecting outstanding issues to the next level of support;- Providing accurate information regarding Voicespin IT products and services;
- Logging of events, problems and solutions;
- Tracking and updating the client's status and information;
- Passing on customer feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team;
- Identifying and proposing possible improvements to procedures.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Linux;
- Experience in customer support is a plus;
- Hebrew at native level or above average;
Important!You will be communicating directly with native Hebrew speakers;
