Responsibilities

• Participation in projects to improve the efficiency of the personnel management function and optimize HR business processes
• Research of the labor market and best practices in personnel management
• Conducting the necessary calculations
• Preparation of analytical materials, research reports and presentations to clients
• Project management, including assistance with administrative issues

Requirements

• Higher education in the specialty of economics/finance/personnel management/statistics (we consider students of the 4th year and above)
• In-depth knowledge of office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• English language proficiency level – B2 and above
• Previous experience in the field of HR consulting is an advantage
• Ability and desire to work in a team
