As a Business Process Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting business process automation solutions in our customers' environments to help them achieve their business goals. You will work directly with customers or support the RPA team in the daily work of developing and maintaining robots.

Responsibilities :

• Reconfiguration and support of business process automation solutions in various RPA software for our Clients.
• Receiving newly developed solutions and preparing for maintenance and operation. This may include bug fixes, changing work schedules, reporting on robot activity, and modifying developed solutions.
• Creating or updating business technical documentation.
• Communication with customers.

We expect your participation and understanding of business issues to support our clients in solving operational issues on a daily basis. You will learn to configure/code business processes and entities in automation tools (UiPath, PowerAutomate and/or others)

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of VBA and/or SQL
• Knowledge of the basics of .NET application development (C#) will be a plus
• Basic knowledge of UiPath tool will be a plus
• Experience with APIs would be a plus
• Strong communication skills and customer service skills will be essential
• Knowledge and understanding of operational processes across functions (finance, HR, banking, etc.) will be an advantage
• Flexibility
• English level from B2
