Smart Solutions is an international HR provider with 17 years of experience. We work in several countries in Europe and Central Asia, and the main office is in Kyiv.

We are currently looking for a Junior C&B Specialist to help us support bonus processes, salary analytics and HR dashboards. You will work together with the head of C&B and will gradually be able to take on separate directions - from bonus cycles to regular HR analytics.

What you will do:

Bonuses and accruals

  • Check the correctness of submitted bonuses in accordance with company rules.
  • Reconcile disagreements with managers and employees.
  • Prepare and enter data for the calculation of bonuses in 1C (under the guidance of the leader).
  • Participate in the closing of bonus periods.
C&B support

  • Prepare analytics for review of salaries, bonus cycles.
  • Assist in grading projects (data collection, tables, calibration sessions).
  • Update the database of positions and compensation parameters.

HR analytics and data

  • Maintain and update HR dashboards.
  • Prepare regular analytics: staff turnover, survey results.
  • and presentations for the HR team and managers.
  • Control the quality of data in HR systems.

We expect from you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, C&B, HR analytics or a related role.
  • Understanding or interest in the topic of compensation, grading and bonus systems.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Attention to details and responsibility for the accuracy of numbers.
  • System thinking and comfort in working with large volumes of data.

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience with 1C (accounting, registers, reconciliations).
  • Experience with HR dashboards or BI tools (Power BI or similar).
  • Experience of participating in salary review or grading projects.
  • English at B1+ level
