Job Description

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in developing our Channels and Strategic Partnerships products, and drive the game plan and vision of WIX’s B2B organization.

• Own the functional and visual design of your product
• Deliver extraordinary products by conducting a full design cycle, including research, ideation, validation, pixel-perfect UI design, delivery and post-launch testing
• Know your product, users and partners thoroughly through extensive research based on support tickets, data, usability tests, user and partner interviews, competitor analysis and more
• Work in an agile, fast moving and collaborative environment with your team of PMs, developers, analysts, other UX/UI designers and management stakeholders
• Be part of our UX Guild family of ~200 talented, friendly designers that will gladly share their knowledge and skills
• Own your professional growth by taking part in our guild’s courses, guild days, soft and hard skills workshops, mentorship programs, and much more (both learning and teaching)

Qualifications:

• Passionate about development. You are eager to learn and continually improve your skills.
• R&D employee with ~2 years of experience
• You are not afraid to jump into existing large repos and figure out your way around it
• You should be in a startup state of mind, like us, you will do everything in your power to help us get to our business goals both short and long term goals. Like startups, not all prerequisites are done before you start development and you can understand it
• You are looking for a unique opportunity. This isn’t the regular engineer position. You have experienced that and you are looking for something different.
• You enjoy critical thinking and problem solving and are seasoned in conflict resolution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.

About the team

Wix’s Strategic Channels Partnerships team. We ideate, define and execute Wix’s strategic collaborations with other market leading enterprises, enabling their customers to access Wix’s platform to build their online presence and vise versa — expose Wix users to meaningful offerings of the partners’ product as part of the Wix platform.
We work with every major group at Wix to create meaningful products and adapt Wix’s products and journeys to make these large-scale partnerships successful.
