Junior SERM Manager in SKELAR

Now, we're looking for a Junior SERM Manager to join one of our portfolio companies and help shape its online reputation.

What You'll Do:    

• Working with both advanced and new brands in the social discovery niche;
• Ambitious goals and various tasks that contribute to rapid professional growth in the field of online reputation management; 
• Creating a controlled search engine result (SERP) for a multi-brand portfolio; 
• Building a system for effective work with online reputation for a multi-brand business;
• Rapid response to reputation risks and crisis situations across the entire portfolio. 
• Identify and eliminate reputational threats in a timely manner; 
• Constantly monitoring the latest trends in SERM and optimizing work with search results. 

What is important to us:     

 Must have: 

• Proficient English (B2) for effective communication with contractors/partners/counterparties;
• Understanding of SERP/SERM/SEO and principles of working with online reputation; 
• Ability to take responsibility for tasks; 
• Ability to research, analyze and structure information;
• Ability to learn quickly and master new tools.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of legal aspects for working with reputation risks;
• Experience working with the international market;
• Experience working with analytics in the reputation area;
• Experience working with the Wayback Machine and archives.
