We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Quality Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising the quality of our advisors' conversations with clients. See what tasks we have prepared for you: Listening to and analyzing conversations conducted by Sales Representatives on the Polish market; Completing the report based on the required guidelines; Proposing and marking areas for improvement and improvement; Performing additional administrative tasks Requirements These skills you will need: Knowledge of the Polish language at C1 level; Knowledge of English at level B1/B2; True LOVE for listening; Organization and attention to detail; Ability to analyze information.
