We are looking for a person without experience, or with little experience, but with a very strong desire to develop. A person who wants to become a professional and is ready to work for it. We don't need an eternal junior, we need a powerful and ambitious colleague.

 

Your skills:

1. You are clear and organized. You NEVER forget anything in order not to forget - you write it down.

2. You can easily create a Google Sheets/Excel table and design it clearly and clearly. And use simple formulas for calculations. To optimize your time, you like to use Chat GPT to perform simple and difficult mechanical tasks.

3. You REALLY want to structure and number any text or action plan. 

*You pay attention to text formatting, you are literally annoyed by extra spaces between words and commas.

4. You almost never say "I don't know how to do it" when faced with an unfamiliar task, even though you are completely out of the loop. And you calmly study the question and just do it. Of course, you make mistakes, but you do and you will get results.

5. You have organizational skills.

*You have organized something at least 2-3 times in your life (school events, parties, alumni meeting, football or chess tournament, trip to a nearby city with friends, etc. ). 

6. You are not afraid to communicate with people and you are good at it. You can call a stranger.

7. When you hear that you will have to create a complex table with calculations for 5 days in a row, combining data from several sources, you don't break out into a cold sweat.  

8. Initiative. The task of the Sales Operations department is to optimize, improve, and improve the entire operational sales process. That is, no matter what you do, you should always keep the question "what's wrong here" in your head, "how could it be simplified/improved/optimized", and make specific suggestions for improvements.

9. You calmly and even gratefully treat constructive criticism, you see criticism as your incentive for growth.

10. It will be a big plus if you speak English.

 

The team expects from you:

1. Assessment of sales work by checklist, ~30 checklists per month, 2 for each salesperson.

2. Error reporting in Zoho CRM; due to a number of errors, this is daily reporting (+summary) until 9:15, as well as weekly reporting (+summary) every Monday until 17:00.

3. Preparation of various analytics upon request (both from existing dashboards and construction of new reports, graphs).

4. Organization of certifications for sales ~2-3 times a year. Update questions, organize the event, check and provide results within 1 working day after the event.

5. Issuance of access to all necessary systems for new employees.

6. Other questions/tasks that arise in the process of interaction with colleaguesand in the company.
