Who we are looking for:An ambitious, motivated and energetic junior sales specialist with a strong interest in technology and solution-based sales. Willing to work at a fast pace, take on new challenges and help close deals in the IoT and Cloud market. Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, battery systems and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) solutions is a significant advantage and will help successfully sell our new product.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, qualifies and develops new sales opportunities through various channels (email, phone, exhibitions, incoming leads from the website, etc.).
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail when managing all sales activities (notes, follow-up, email, call logs) in the CRM system.
  • Responds to inquiries via email, LinkedIn and other social networks.
  • Responsible for achieving ambitious weekly goals: number of qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, meeting setting and sales skills.
  • Qualifies prospects and assigns initial product presentations between prospects and our sales team.
  • Over time, the Sales Manager will also conduct product demonstrations for prospects and become a product expert.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ months of experience in international markets (outside of Ukraine) is a plus. We are also open to candidates with a technical background who want to grow into a sales role.
  • Education: Bachelors in Industrial, Engineering or IT is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Basic understanding of IT and IoT concepts
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive and facilitate a deal close
    • Practical experience with CRM systems or sales pipelines
    • Experience in direct written communication with customers and stakeholders
    • Understanding of technical solutions and implementations in the field of solar energy (e.g. solar panels, inverters, batteries, BESS)
  • Languages: English (level B2–C1)
  • Mentality: High motivation, strong work ethic and result orientation
