Beiersdorf Ukraine LLC (NIVEA, Eucerin TM) is the largest international cosmetic company in the skin care category. The company has more than 150 representative offices around the world looking for a specialist for the position Junior Shopper & Customer Marketing specialist (Maternity position).
Key accountabilities:
- Planograms. On a basis of category decision tree, proposing the right planogram per category.
- New product management. Sell-in story, distribution targets and facts, pipeline calculations, novelty performance. Close cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain.
- Promo management. Recommending promo strategy by channel and driving promo effectiveness for category specific promos.
- Recommending optimal depth of discount and promo frequency based on analytics and strategy by category.
- Analyzing the performance of key promotions from different perspectives to identify opportunities.
- Pricing management. Steering portfolio pricing strategy that maximizes pricing company can take in the market&consumer value offtake.
- Providing strong analytics to Management Team for main price&promo KPIs and finding white spots to drive business.
- Maintenance and development of Eucerin.ua web site: updating pages, development of content, development of CRM, communication with the agency.
- Maintenance and development of local IG and FB pages: content plan, KPIs, communication with the agency.
Requirements to candidates:
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to find hypothesis\insights from data that will help drive business.
- Good team player - involvement in a lot of cross-department topics\projects.
- Non-conflict person, but with strong ability to protect own decisions in a structured way.
- Ability to work with different sources of information, strong Excel skills.
- High involvement into work takes responsibility for the work and decisions.
- Deep knowledge of FMCG market, trends, customers, business KPIs.
- English – upper intermediate.
