You are:
Experienced in Customer Support Activities; SAP acknowledgement will be an advantage;
A professional with understanding of Project Management;
Quick learner and adaptable to uncertain situations;
A great communicator and a team player;
Confident in English and French on at least Intermediate level
With you we will:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to SAP accesses;
Respond to queries either in person, over MS Teams. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. Walk customer through problem-solving process. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Determine the nature of the problem, run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
Check potential conflicts for SAP accesses
