The Retention Manager role is critical to our team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of communication strategies with our audience through various channels, primarily through emails.

We believe that it is by retaining our customers that we will be able to influence key product metrics and improve our product.

• Directly influence product and business decisions. Actively participate in the generation of ideas to improve the product and bring them to life.
• Work in a team of driven like-minded people. You will exchange knowledge with product managers, analysts and marketers and become a T-Shaped specialist.
• To stand near the sources of the future Unicorn . We are already growing rapidly and our goal is to achieve this in 5 years.

Your future tasks:

• Creation, management and optimization of automated email campaigns to increase revenue and return customers.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of email marketing and web push channels. Formulation of hypotheses to improve these indicators.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize key metrics
• Follow industry trends and monitor competitors to identify opportunities to improve user retention
• Email delivery tracking , domain reputations and building a successful reputation on different ESPs (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail).

What you need to join us:

• Good analytical skills.
• The level of English is at the Intermediate level and above.
• Understanding the principles of A/B testing.
• Attention to detail and systemmatic approach to work.
• Be ready to learn quickly and take full control of processes and be responsible for the final result.

It will be an advantage if you:

• Have taken courses in marketing and related professions.
• You have 6 months of commercial experience in IT, Big4 or FMCG marketing.
• You have an analytical background.
