About Lanka.CX

Lanka.CX is a Ukrainian consulting agency that has been helping large companies to become more people-centric since 2016. We work at the intersection of service design, research, customer experience and organizational changes.

Among our clients are PUMB, EVA, ROZETKA, UNICEF and "Return Alive".

We are looking for a junior consultant in research and service design - a person who is interested in understanding how people, business and large organizations are arranged, and who wants to grow professionally in an environment of complex, non-standard and meaningful tasks.

What you will do

• participate in the preparation and conduct of qualitative and mixed studies;
• collect, structure and analyze data from interviews, observations, surveys and client materials;
• look for insights, formulate conclusions and hypotheses together with the team;
• prepare presentations, diagrams, maps and other working materials;
• participate in the preparation and co-facilitation of client workshops;
• maintain the work rhythm of projects through the preparation of materials, coordination of processes and coordination of next steps.

What is important to us

• 1+ years of experience in research, consulting, marketing, UX, analytics, communications or related fields;
• ability to analyze information, see logic and draw conclusions;
• ability to express thoughts clearly and structured in writing and visually;
• attention to details and responsibility in work;
• willingness to work independently and in a team;
• English at a level sufficient for working with materials and professional communication.

It will be an advantage

• experience of participating in high-quality or quantitative research;
• facilitation skills;
• familiarity with service design, customer experience, UX research, design research or facilitation;
• experience in preparing analytical materials and presentations;
• experience working with large organizations, B2B or B2G context;
• ability to work with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, FigJam, Miro, Notion or similar tools.

Work format

• full-time employment;
• hybrid work format;
• salary 30,000-40,000 UAH (depending on skills);
