What will we do?
- Conduct analysis of competitors, their marketing, advertising approaches and creatives, look for performance metrics benchmarks.
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta and TikTok: ad texts and headlines, hypothesis testing (creatives, audiences, etc.) to achieve the target eCPA.
- Form reporting and analytics: keep track of hypotheses, work with basic metrics (CPM, CTR, CPI, CPA), use analytics services and integration with advertising offices.
- Collaborate with the creative department and the product team: share the results of advertising activities, participate in brainstorms, help generate creatives with the help of AI and create materials for marketing funnels (visuals, landing pages, etc.).
What do we expect?
- Basic skills of data analysis and working with numbers (knowledge of excel/google sheets)
- Ability and experience working with AI
- Ability to learn quickly
- Understanding the principles of advertising and the desire to deepen it
- Work experience with advertising offices (any, even minimal - at least if you created an account and logged in - it will be easier to teach)
It will be a plus:
- Education in a technical/marketing specialty
- Knowledge of the principles of web analytics, statistics
- Ability to work in Figma/other videos and photos editors
