Ukrenergo National Energy Company invites you to ENERGY HUB internship.

ENERGY HUB – internship program for students of the last years of higher education institutions and young professionals who are just starting their professional activities.

INTERNSHIP AT UKRENERGO:

• official employment;
• full employment;
• lasts six months and is fully paid;

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• partial/full higher education preferably in HR, management, psychology, sociology, philology or related fields;
• interest in development in the field of recruitment and HR;
• confident user - MS Office (word, Excel);
• desire to work and learn;
• responsibility, attention to details.

BASIC TASKS:

• assist HR in the recruitment process;
• search and initial screening of resumes;
• communication with candidates (invitations for interviews, feedback);
• participation in the organization and support of interviews;
• maintenance and updating of the candidate database;
• participation in career events and HR-initiatives of the company.

STAGES OF THE COMPETITION:

• feedback on robota.ua or fill in candidate questionnaire;
• interview with HR specialists;
• final interview with the manager directly;

* In some cases, according to the requirements of the job description, a test of the level of English is provided.
