We are a small recruiting team that works with IT clients from the EU and the USA. We are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter / Recruiting Assistant on a full-time basis, with the opportunity to learn and gradually grow within the process
Work format:
=>Full-time
=>Remote
=>While without an office, the schedule is "from 9 to 18»
Main tasks:
=>Searching for candidates on LinkedIn and other sources
=>Working with filters and keywords
=>Selecting relevant profiles according to specified criteria
=>Sending the first messages according to templates
=>Sending job descriptions and lists of questions to candidates
=>Collecting answers and recording statuses in tables
=>Preparation of candidates for transfer to the recruiter
=>Executive role - no customer calls, no sales, no independent management of vacancies.
Who we are looking for:
=>A person with a basic understanding of recruiting or IT environment
=>Someone who understands what LinkedIn is and how it is used to find candidates
=>Basic understanding of IT roles (developer, QA, Data, etc.)
=>Attention to detail and structure
=>Willingness to work according to instructions and accept feedback
=>English is at the level of reading and simple correspondence
Who the role will NOT suit:
=>Those who have never worked with LinkedIn and do not understand how to search there of people=>For those looking for an autonomous or strategic role
=>For experienced recruiters who want to manage vacancies "from and to"
=>For those who are uncomfortable with routine, repetitive work
