- Experience in communications from 6 months (or completed profile courses that provide a basis for work);
- Ability to quickly navigate the world of talent search platforms: LinkedIn, Djinni, job sites, Telegram channels and others;
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to find a common language with anyone;
- Proactivity, positive attitude and result orientation.
Your key tasks:
- Manage recruiting processes — from the first contact to the moment of sending a job-offer;
- Cooperate with hiring managers and the team to close vacancies as much as possible effectively;
- Build and maintain a positive HR brand of the company;
- Constantly keep your hand on the pulse: report, analyze processes, look for new solutions;
- Work with our ATS system CleverStaff.
