Junior Recruiter (IT, Marketing) in SoftSvit

SoftSvit- a product IT company that is engaged not only in the development, but also in the promotion of its own product. We are currently looking for a JuniorRecruiter-a to join our team.

What we're looking for in you:

• Experience in communications from 6 months (or completed profile courses that provide a basis for work);
• Ability to quickly navigate the world of talent search platforms: LinkedIn, Djinni, job sites, Telegram channels and others;
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to find a common language with anyone;
• Proactivity, positive attitude and result orientation.

Your key tasks:

• Manage recruiting processes — from the first contact to the moment of sending a job-offer;
• Cooperate with hiring managers and the team to close vacancies as much as possible effectively;
• Build and maintain a positive HR brand of the company;
• Constantly keep your hand on the pulse: report, analyze processes, look for new solutions;
• Work with our ATS system CleverStaff.
