Requirements:

• Familiarity with basic recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of tools for candidate sourcing and attraction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Quick learner with a flexible mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to contribute to team goals and objectives.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Coordinate candidates within the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies and candidates’ expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide daily and weekly reports on your results to effectively achieve the recruitment goals.
