Key qualifications of the candidate:
— 1+ years of experience in recruitment
— Ability to conduct research on target companies and candidates, leveraging online resources (social tools, LinkedIn, Boolean search queries, X-ray search, etc.)
— Knowledge of different recruitment practices, processes, and tools; ability to navigate through any communication gaps or barriers using innovative methods for attracting candidates
— Basic understanding of the IT market, key players, salary ranges, market trends, etc.
— Basic understanding of software development and IT technologies
— Intermediate level of English is a must
Responsibilities:
— Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent and work to fill active job openings while maintaining a strong pipeline for technical roles
— Participate in the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing candidates and extending offers
— Assist in driving improvements in the recruiting process, quality, and efficiency
— Collaborate with your Recruiting teammates as well as functional partners
— Conduct job market analyses and reviews
