- Candidate Sourcing : Identify and engage top talent for international roles, utilising various recruitment channels and techniques.
- Candidate Coordination : Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management : Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Job Advertising : Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms, tailoring the messaging to attract the right candidates.
- Applicant Communication : Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
- Recruitment Support : Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies, working closely with senior recruiters and HR management.
