• Great at Building Relationships : Skilled in interpersonal interactions, with a knack for establishing strong connections with candidates and colleagues.

Your Future Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing : Identify and engage top talent for international roles, utilising various recruitment channels and techniques.
• Candidate Coordination : Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Database Management : Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Job Advertising : Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms, tailoring the messaging to attract the right candidates.
• Applicant Communication : Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
• Recruitment Support : Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies, working closely with senior recruiters and HR management.
• Employer Branding : Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating engaging content and materials that highlight our company culture and opportunities.
