We are looking for an HR manager who is ready to become the heart and soul of our team, organizing effective onboarding and conduct mass recruitment!

What we expect from you:

• Onboarding to the max! You will implement effective programs adaptation of new employees, helping them quickly find their own a place in the company, learn corporate processes and become part of our friendly team.

• Mass recruitment. You will be responsible for organizing and conducting mass recruiting, from screening resumes to interviews, creating a great experience for every candidate and helping us find the best people.

• Communication at every stage. You will coordinate all stages of the recruiting process, maintain contact with candidates and managers, ensuring transparency and speed of decision-making.

• Development of processes. You will bring fresh ideas to improve existing recruitment practices and adaptation, looking for ways to optimize and increase efficiency.
