Junior Recruiter in Label Your Data

Label Your Data team is growing, and we have a new opening for the Junior Recruiter to screen, attract, evaluate and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within our team. You’ll be at the heart of our vibrant team and directly impact the company’s scale.

What you will do:

• Attract candidates through various job platforms;
• Advertise open roles on various channels;
• Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities;
• Work closely with different departments to forecast staffing needs;
• Screen, interview, and make sure every candidate leaves with a great impression of us (whether hired or not);
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process;
• Be an ambassador of Label Your Data and promote our company’s brand and values.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English and Ukrainian (C1+);
• At least 0.5–1 year of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience;
• Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions;
• Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills;
• Having an eye for detail and high work-quality standards;
• Desire to advance in IT & AI;
• Open, easy-going personality.

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience in IT or service company;
• Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus;
• Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems;
• Loving people and new technologies.
