In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a Junior recruiter to strengthen our Recruiting team.

What you will do:

- Search, selection and attraction of potential candidates;

- Placement of job advertisements on various platforms;

- Conducting interviews with candidates and selecting the best;

- Cooperation with department heads to determine personnel needs;

- Support and preparation of candidates for interviews with clients;

- Maintaining the candidate database and updating information (HRM Hurma);

- Supporting the positive experience of candidates during the recruiting process;

- Participation in the organization and holding of corporate events .

Requirements:

- Involvement and desire to develop in the field of recruiting;

- We will consider motivated candidates without experience and those who who have completed recruiting courses and want to develop in this field;

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes;

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
