We invite a talented and energetic Junior Recruiter to join our team.

Requirements:

• higher education or final year student (preferably in the field of personnel management, psychology, sociology);
• desire to develop in the field of HR and recruiting;

• excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• PC skills, experience with office programs and social networks;
• responsibility, attention to details and the ability to organize your working hours;

Responsibilities:

• assistance in the search and selection of candidates for open vacancies;
• placement of vacancies on various platforms and social networks ;
• conducting initial phone/online interviews with candidates;
• evaluation of resumes and determination of their compliance with job requirements;
• maintenance of the candidate database and support of communication with them;
• organizing interviews with candidates and managers;
• conducting administrative work related to recruiting;
• ordering stationery, household goods and sweets, to start each day with a positive attitude;
• receiving and sending mail;
• organizing and congratulating colleagues on their birthday, because it is important to feel supported by the team.
