My name is Vadim, I am 32. I have been building products for 13 years: physical (hotels, stores) and digital (software for stock traders). I am a product manager with experience managing teams of up to 80 people: devs, designers, testers, marketers, and so on. I know how to turn chaos into a process, and ideas into a product.

2 years ago, my colleagues and I foundedWinWin.travel- a startup that is revolutionizing hotel booking. With the help of AI, we make the search personalized and very intelligent and efficient, and it is much better than Booking or Expedia. We feel we have the ability to build a multi-billion dollar company that will change the world of travel. We have already been recognized at several European competitions. The first version of the product is almost ready, we are testing it with the first users and want to shoot. Pompous.

But there is a nuance.

Money - 0. Well, that is, in general. This is not a metaphor. We are 62 people: engineers, marketers, designers, mentors, etc. And we all work without salaries. Because we believe. And we know that this product willshoot. When money appears - we will all start earning together. And for now -we are drowning in enthusiasm and faith in the team.

I am convinced: two things create a product -team and processes. And skills are not the most important thing. The main thing is the motivation to learn, develop and not get lost in difficult situations. I have seen people with no experience become pros in 3-4 months.These are the ones we are looking for. Practical or commercial experience is not necessary - we will help with everything at the beginning.

You will write automated tests for our frontend and backend, manually reproduce complex problems and continuously improve the performance of our product.
