Howly is a Ukrainian multi-product company in the ecosystem SKELAR.

— Checking the quality of processing chats and communication with clients;
— Development of effective work quality control processes, thanks to which the team of legal experts can provide the best service to our clients; /span>
— Support for existing onboarding programs (and if you have will be ideas for improvement or creating a new one - we will be very glad);
— Creating and conducting professional trainings for Legal experts;
— Adapting the evaluation system and internal knowledge base, based on business needs, to provide better service.

What skills will be useful:
— English level (B2+): both written and oral literacy in writing texts, answers and policies;
— Attention to detail: there will be large volumes of information in the work - it is very important to stay focused and concentrated;
— Good communication skills: we are for clarity and transparency in communication, the team is growing and will need a lot of feedback;
— Flexibility in processes: quick adaptation to new conditions and changes, when you can easily switch between tasks according to business needs.
