MindConnect has been developing modern telecom and CRM systems since 2015. Our in-house CRM — deeply integrated with FreeSWITCH, PHP backend services, and real-time call-center operations — supports the daily work of dozens of businesses across Israel.
Because our platform is mission-critical for our clients, reliability, stability, and predictability are at the core of everything we do.
We are now opening a dedicated QA position to ensure high product quality and stable releases as our CRM continues to grow.
This is not a simple checkbox-testing role — you will be a key part of the release process, ensuring every feature is validated and production-ready before going live.
Your Responsibilities
Test new CRM features, including UI components, backend API logic, and database behavior.
Validate integrations with telephony systems (SIP, FreeSWITCH events, call routing, call logs).
Build and maintain structured test cases for core CRM modules (leads, tasks, dialer logic, API rules, permissions, etc.).
Reproduce and investigate bugs reported by support or clients, documenting clear, developer-ready steps.
Perform regression testing before each release to ensure system stability.
Verify complex business logic such as dialing flows, assignment rules, meetings, automations, and status transitions.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and the CTO to ensure clean, stable releases.
Continuously improve testing coverage, with the option to grow into automation over time.
Maintain QA documentation, testing checklists, and structured reports.
You’re an Ideal Candidate If You Are
Have 1+ experience in manual QA or another testing/quality role.
Understand how web applications work and can follow multi-step flows.
Document issues clearly (steps, expected vs actual results, screenshots, logs).
Are familiar with Jira and other QA tools.
Aren’t intimidated by technical details (API responses, browser console, basic SQL).
Work in a structured way and think through edge cases.
Have intermediate English for documentation and team communication.
Nice to Have
Experience testing CRM or SaaS systems.
Familiarity with call centers, VoIP/SIP, or telecom logic.
Basic understanding of PHP, MySQL, or JavaScript.
Experience with Postman, Swagger, SQL clients.
Interest in automation and improving QA processes.
Experience working with Israeli teams (Hebrew is a plus but not required).
