Terms of use:

• full-time employment in the office in Dnipro; after entering the position, it is possible to combine work in the office and remotely (1 time per week);
• working day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday;
• 24 paid vacation days per year and 10 paid holidays, sick leave compensation.

Junior taskPM:

• maintain contact with clients and contractors (correspondence, agree terms and coordinate the order fulfillment process);
• manage projects in a special project management system (CRM);< /li>
• prepare packages of documents for translation in translation programs and perform automated quality control of completed orders.

In order to successfully complete these tasks, it is important:

• possess English at the B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level and above: all communications with clients and often with performers are carried out English is also the base language in our CRM system and part of the industry software;
• be ready to learn and work in translation programs: the activity of PM involves working with a large number of industry software, which is constantly updated;
• have a complete higher education(mainly in the fields of philology / translation). Philologists usually easily understand various types of services, calculation system and logic management of translation projects. But our team includes managers with various educations, so we are not limited to linguistics only.
