Junior Project Manager, Beta-Test Coordinator

R&D, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation and QA, is responsible for the development of devices at Ajax.

Ajax is looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the position of junior coordinator of the beta testing program. Do you like structure and clarity in your assignments? Do you have management experience? Do you have experience dealing with customers? What if in English? Ready to solve any problems?

Tasks:

• analysis of requests in communication channels with beta testers around the world (groups in Telegram, Facebook, etc.);
• communication and help in solving problems of beta testers;
• collection and analysis of feedback from beta testers;
• managing the process of updating software and replacing device components;
• creation of test tasks within the framework of the program, analysis of their completion;
• communication with foreign partners;
• systematization, improvement and management of the base of beta testers.

Required knowledge and skills:

• experience in management (even if it is a personal or university project);
• be able to timely and qualitatively provide correct information, maintain communication;
• understanding the concept of "user experience";
• planning and organizational skills. The ability to determine priorities, develop a schedule of one's work, follow the progress of achieving goals;
• prove each task from beginning to end;
• the ability to negotiate and find compromises;
• understanding the importance of maintaining databases/client databases;
• mastery of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel is a must;
• English language intermediate/upper intermediate.

Will be a plus:

• Agile, JIRA and Confluence experience;
• experience with Database, CRM system or customer databases.
