We are looking for an active, purposeful employee who: Speaks English and Polish language level not lower than B1; Able to work in multitasking mode; Result-oriented, responsible, client-oriented, prefers working in a team. What needs to be done and what I am responsible for: Work on projects that come to the production department from the sales department; Selection of relevant contractors (vendors) to fulfill orders; Distribution and assignment of tasks to vendors and other performers; Organization and control of the work of the project team (translators, editors, typesetters, QA); Administration and control of the order fulfillment process; Operational final check of completed orders before their delivery; Order management in the local accounting system; Selection of optimal courier services in Warsaw, Poland and international; Organization and planning of the work of a courier or courier service; Work with sworn translators; Organization of delivery of orders (documents) to clients; Organization of delivery of documents for the Polish office; Performance of other tasks of the manager.
