Eastern Europe Foundation within the Swiss-Ukrainian Program "Electronic Governance for the Badgence Digital transformation initiatives that will work closely with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. within the EGAP EGAP component is translated into electronic public services, which contains analysis and preparation of changes to the regulatory framework, optimization of business processes optimization services, processing of technical requirements for software, organization of works on the development of computer systems, testing, implementation and support of the work created e-services.

Main Tasks:

• Identify, together with a projected manager, priorities for project development, approaches to planning and performing projects;
• To manage projects together with a project manager:
  • -monitoring the performance of the project and updating plans, drawing up reports on each stage , Risk Strategies and Response;
  • - Determine the structure of data, objects and algorithms to solve the tasks; style: inherit; FONT-Weight: Inherit "> Conduct regular meetings with interested parties to find out the requirements for information systems/services;
  • Coordinate the development of technical requirements for the search for contractors for software development;
  • To coordinate all stages of software development using Scrum / Kanban / XP approaches and methodologies, etc. FONT-Weight: Inherit "> To ensure the compliance of the software product with the requirements and expectations of the beneficiary, as well as the task of the project;
  • Coord on and track the timing of the work on the projects;
  • Manage Product Acceptance Process.

  Qualification Requirements:

  • Understanding the process of projection and development of software, formulation of high-level technical requirements for software;
  • experience in writing technical tasks, requirements and specifications for IT prosets; style = "font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit" FONT-Weight: Inherit "> Free Knowledge of Ukrainian.

  Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the development of electronic services for citizens, the population and business, understanding of technologies such as interoperable solutions, etc. FONT-Weight: Inherit "> Experience in Business Process Modeling, Knowledge BPMN, UML, USE CASES;
  • Business Education Experience, Organization of Educational and/or Acseleration Programs;
  • More than two (2) years of experience in working with Jira and Confluence;
  • Experience with Government Authorities (Finding out Requirements, Presentations);
  • Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
