• Assistance in managing a team of developers, designers, typewriters, assigning tasks and writing technical specifications.

• Execute the assignment of the existing Project Manager.

• Planning tasks and priorities for every developer and designer.

• Analysis of problem areas, improving the quality and efficiency of the department's work.

• Systematization and construction of processes.

• Make a report for the manager.

• Conduct daily meetings with the team.

• Control over the deadlines for completing tasks on projects.

• Interaction with the department of SEO specialists and content managers.
