Junior production manager in Olfactory

Ol.factory is an aroma branding agency that creates unique fragrances, Private Label products and multi-sensory events for business.

We are looking for a person who loves order, details, and can bring a fragrant idea to a finished product.

How you will influence the development of the brand:

• Implementation of production processes - from an idea to the finished product (candles, diffusers, aroma blends, gift boxes, scent compositions for events).
• Preparation of materials, packaging, aromatic components for master classes, events and presentations.
• Search and coordination of contractors: printers, packers, designers, suppliers of aromatic components, logisticians. 
equipment, consumables and aromatic components.
• Support and participation in Ol.factory multi-sensory events and master classes.
• Testing new products, searching for information and solutions to improve production processes.
• Performing operational tasks of the manager.

Your strengths

• Attention to details and the ability to organize processes.

• Responsibility and the ability to bring tasks to a result.

• Skills in keeping records, arrangements, controlling deadlines and qualities.

• Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel and basic document management.

• Experience in beauty, aroma, lifestyle, event or creative industry will be a big plus.

• Love for aesthetics, harmony and working with materials that awaken feelings.
